Welcome! I’m Iveth.

As a Behavior Analyst, Burnout Coach, and the founder of From Burnt-Out to Lit Up!, I'm dedicated to helping Behavior Analysts overcome burnout. Recognizing that work-related stress affects both mind and body, I use somatic techniques to address its root causes. Through teaching clients to regulate their nervous system and prioritize self-care, I aim to create sustainable growth and resilience.
